At KVN Residency, we strive to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience for our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for cancellations and other circumstances. Please read this policy carefully. By booking with KVN Residency, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Reservation Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate Bookings:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for one night’s stay.
Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:
- These bookings are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount.

2. Early Departure

If you need to shorten your stay, please inform us as soon as possible. Early departures are subject to the following conditions:

For stays shortened more than 48 hours before the new departure date, a full refund for the unused nights will be provided.
For stays shortened within 48 hours of the new departure date, one night’s stay will be charged, and the remaining unused nights will be refunded.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice:

For Flexible Rate Bookings, one night’s stay will be charged.
For Non-Refundable Rate Bookings, the full booking amount will be forfeited.

4. Booking Modifications

If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and the following conditions:

Modifications made more than 48 hours before the check-in date may incur no additional charges.
Modifications made within 48 hours of the check-in date may incur additional charges based on the new booking details.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation or modification confirmation. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

6. Special Circumstances

In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or medical emergencies, please contact us directly. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and strive to provide a fair resolution.
