At KVN Residency, located near Ring Road, Madanapalli Road, Rayachoty, Annamayya District, Andhra Pradesh, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard guest data during your stay or booking process.

  • We collect limited personal information such as name, phone number, and government-issued ID solely for verification and booking purposes.
  • Your personal details are not shared with third parties, except when required by law enforcement or government authorities.
  • All online or digital booking details are stored securely and used only for managing reservations and check-in records.
  • We do not store payment card details unless processed via a secure payment gateway.

By staying at KVN Residency or making a reservation, you consent to our collection and lawful use of your personal information in accordance with this policy.

Booking & Payment Policy

Bookings at KVN Residency can be made directly at our reception or through approved communication channels. To confirm a booking, guests may be required to make an advance payment or pay a refundable deposit as per management discretion.

  • A refundable deposit of ₹1,000 is collected at check-in. It will be refunded during check-out after inspection, provided no damage or outstanding balance exists.
  • Full advance payment may be required for pre-bookings or function bookings. Such payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • Deposits are accepted in cash only. Any damages or loss of property will be charged to the guest and adjusted against the deposit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations affect room availability, so the following terms apply:

More than 3 days before check-in Full refund (excluding processing charges)

Cancellations must be communicated directly to the hotel management. Refunds, if approved, are processed through the original payment method within 7 working days.

Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

We strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests. To ensure a pleasant stay, guests are requested to follow the below guidelines:

  • Each room accommodates a maximum of two adults. Additional guests require prior approval from management.
  • One towel is provided per room. Towels are not provided for marriage or group function bookings.
  • Any damage, stains, or loss of hotel property (including bed linens or towels) will incur replacement or repair charges.
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are allowed only in designated areas and must not disturb other guests.
  • Illegal substances or unlawful activities within the premises are strictly prohibited.
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
  • All guests must present valid government ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Driving License) during check-in.
