KVN Residency - Hotel Stay Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation or staying at KVN Residency, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Room Occupancy

Only two adults are permitted per room. Additional guests are not allowed unless arranged with the management in advance.

2. Towel Policy
  • One towel is provided per room.
  • No towels are provided for marriage or function bookings.
3. Deposit & Payment
  • A refundable deposit of ₹1,000 is collected at check-in, returned on check-out if there is no damage or outstanding balance.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property; repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
  • Deposits are accepted in cash only.
  • Pre-bookings or function bookings may require full advance payment; such payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Cleanliness & Linen Policy

Guests are charged for any stained, damaged, or missing bed linens, pillow covers, or towels. Inspect all items at check-in and inform reception of any issues immediately.

5. Guest Identification

All guests must present a valid Aadhar Card or other government-issued photo ID at check-in. No check-in will be allowed without it.

6. Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability)
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (late check-out may incur charges)
